Cars are treated as status symbol by many men and women. That is why car comparison at used car dealers is very much popular and that so many car information sites are on the world wide web. We've all seen the stories about moguls with multi-story garages and huge luxury car collections. But for some people cheap cars are the way to go. It's doesn't have to be a clunker just because it doesn't cost a lot. Less expensive automobiles can still be useful and enjoyable as is being discovered by various individuals.
Another one of the tactics to get hold of a superior vehicle on the cheap is to buy a used auto. There a much less expensive top model cars, at least when compared to the new versions. A few cheap brand new cars are really fine too. The Hyundai Elantra is a quality car under $12,000. A well engineered car like the Honda Civic is only around $15K. They get terrific kilometers, continue a long time, & maintain original value pretty well. Luxury cars that need premium fuel and parts are generally more expensive to maintain too.
Another area to look is less expensive, if not really discounted, luxury cars.. Audi has some luxury models that generally sit at the bottom price in their class. These are the best engineered in the world, nobody beats them. This includes the Audi TT which, while not exactly cheap, is a very nice sports car with a lot of power and speed.
Of course various citizens desire inexpensive, less expensive, cheapest. When they shop for autos they look for the car their grandparents drove. Teens often buy this style of car. It's a set of wheels, and it gives them practice for a life time of practical mechanical knowledge. But watch out, the age old adage 'You get what you pay for' applies to cheap cars too. It may not seem like such a deal when it won't start on a freezing winter weather morning.
