These anxiety attacks can appear from no where. I have spoken with a lot of people who have said "my life is great; I don't understand why I am unexpectedly suffering with anxiety attacks". This is the nature of the beast. There is no chosen format for anxiety attacks. They can occur to people whose lives are going really well, and also those who lives are not going so well.

This element is actually hard for people to understand. And I know exactly how they think! When I was told this, I rejected it. Why would I desire to do this to myself? It didn't make sense.
But finally no matter how much I tried to ignore that reality, it was accurate, my thoughts where the foundation of my anxiety. I experimented with it. The higher I focused my energy on the anxiety the stronger my anxiety attack became. So with the aid of a therapist, I was able to work on my thoughts and defeat my anxiety.
It might be a lie to say I am anxiety free, but I'm much more able to cope with anxiety, I have more coping techniques. Dealing with anxiety is now much easier for me.
Another to bear in mind, is that anxiety may be unpleasant, but it is not always a difficult thing. This anxiety can aid up be alert, the adrenalin can keep us focused.
